“Allow” is part of a set with “Follow.” The paintings were created during a breakup and became part of an internal dialogue about allowing the pain of major change instead of fighting it.

Sometimes allowing ourselves to feel what hurts can be freeing. It can also become a catalyst for growth and help us find a way forward.
